Status
This is a draft awaiting an infrastructure audit and legal review. Rental has functional login and registration via Supabase Auth.
Roles
Rental businesses generally determine why their own customers' personal data is processed, and may act as data controllers. Rental/MOLS may act as a processor depending on the operation and contract.
Data and purposes
Depending on enabled features, Rental may handle user names, emails, equipment and customer records, reservations, related images, and technical security logs for operations, authentication and support.
Legal basis and sharing
Each processing purpose requires an applicable legal basis under Brazilian data-protection law (LGPD). Infrastructure providers and international transfers must be documented after technical validation.
Security and retention
Access controls and row-level security are used for separation between organizations; retention periods, backups and deletion procedures still require specification.
Your rights
Individuals may request access, correction or other applicable rights under the LGPD. Requests relating to a rental company's customers may need to be handled by that company.
